Business Development Partner
Position Available
Role
The position offered is mid-level management. The person expected is a GO-GETTER and an aggressive seller. He / she should be able to understand Market Intelligence and look for all opportunities to determine the cry of the customer. He / she should be willing to propose the right solution in consultation with team and should be able to close the deal.
Remuneration
Will depend on profit generation. Though this is not a salaried position, the right candidate may draw a substantial amount on a monthly basis based on the sales brought in.
Education
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree is a must
Experience
The person should have had atleast 3 years of experience in the selling / developing business for intangible products preferably from a consulting and training background.
Training:
Products training will be provided through ROVIS Academy, however the person is expected to have undergone some form of selling skills training.
